My opponent uses Mindlock to take control of one of my creatures. He moves that creature into a cell  where I have 4 creatures. At the end of the turn, the creature reverts back to my control, leaving me with 5 creatures in the cell.

我的對手使用牛仔的Mindlock控制了我一支生物，接著他將這支生物移動到一格我已經控制了四支生物的格子，在回合結束時，被控制的生物回到我的控制之下，這時，我在這個格子控制了5支生物了。

by FAQ
If you take control of a creature and at the end of the turn your opponent controls four creatures in the cell, the creature will still revert to your opponent's control. This will allow your opponent to control more than four creatures in the same cell, and this is a legal game state.
所以這個情況是可以突破生物堆疊限制的特殊情況之一。

這五支生物會"同時"進到下一個格子，原因就在於，Vortex是個Sametime movement effect，所有的移動是同時發生的，同樣的情況，如果你進行Swap/Twin/Exchange等一對一的Sametime movement effect，也是合法的，但如果是一對多，比如說Deathswarm Hiveling則不行，另外Warcry/Skirmish local all等一次一支的移動行為是無法打破堆疊限制的。
